Hieruit begrijp je dat de eerste fase best een periode duurt. Dat je de tijd hiervoor moet nemen en afleiding moet zoeken. Maar wat is daarin nou het moment dat je ons moet bellen? Wanneer bel je ons?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bij weeen of gebroken vliezen voor de 37 weken zwangerschapsduur. Dit is te vroeg. We willen dit daarom zo snel mogelijk weten.  <\/li>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<li>Bel als je vliezen breken en het is geel, groen of bruin vruchtwater. In dat geval graag dag \u00e9n nacht bellen.  <\/li>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<li>Als je vliezen breken en het is helder vruchtwater dan graag direct bellen als de baby niet is ingedaald. Dit hebben wij dan al expliciet tegen jullie gezegd bij de controle. <\/li>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<li> Bij wee\u00ebn maken we onderscheid tussen een eerste of tweede vaginale bevalling:<\/li>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<li>Bij een eerste bevalling graag bellen bij 1 uur lang wee\u00ebn om de 3 min die 1 minuut duren Dus je hebt een wee van 1 minuut, daarna 2 tot 3 minuten rust en daarna weer een wee van 1 minuut en dat 1 uur lang.  <\/li>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<li>Ben je al een keer vaginaal bevallen? Dan horen we het graag als je 1 uur lang wee\u00ebn hebt om de 5 minuten die 1 minuut duren. Dus een wee van 1 minuut, dan 4 minuten rust en dat 1 uur lang.  <\/li>\n<p><!-- \/wp:list-item --><\/p>\n<li>Verder horen we het graag als je ruim vaginaal bloedverlies hebt. We were heading into an unfamiliar period, with all the questions we had, the anxiety, and the first little discomforts! They put us at ease right away. The intimate, small-scale setting made us feel right at home. Everyone hears you and knows you. They\u2019re available 24\/7. You can call them even for the smallest things\u2014to discuss something or just to share your story. And if necessary, they\u2019ll be at your door as soon as possible, or they\u2019ll schedule appointments at the hospital for you. They\u2019re not just there for the baby and the mother\u2014they\u2019re also a listening ear for you as a (soon-to-be) family.
